What to do and see in Saaremaa

Nature-wise, Saaremaa is one of the most beautiful regions of Estonia and is thus well worth visiting. Due to its mild maritime climate and limestone-rich soil, the flora and fauna of Saaremaa and the nearby islands is very diversified. In addition to the Viidumäe nature reserve and the Vilsandi national park there are almost 100 others sights to be enjoyed in Saaremaa, including various parks, steep cliffs, majestic trees, boulders and unique bogs. One of the most treasured and loved places on the island is the easily accessible Kaali meteorite crater.

Muhu Adventure Park is a new adventure centre located on the Island of Muhu, in the territory of a former Soviet military base. Muhu Adventure Park has eight rope courses of different complexity with a total length of 1,200 metres.
